Refund policy

Invalid leads: buyer unreachable, wrong number, or clearly non-commercial enquiry within 48 hours of unlock. Contact support with the RFQ ID. Approved refunds return credits to your ledger (not cash unless required by law).

Credit pack purchases: unused credits may roll over; subscription cancellations take effect at period end with no dark-pattern renewals.
